These Privacy Policy ("Policy") set forth the conditions for using the smartphone application "Communi" ("the App") provided by Koki Osada ("the Developer"). Please read This Policy carefully before using the App.

Article 1 (Application)

This Policy apply to all relationships between the Developer and users regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Data Collection)

The Developer collects the following information through Firebase/Facebook to improve the quality and performance of the App:

Article 3 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Developer does not collect personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses through the App.

Article 4 (Third-Party Provision)

The Developer does not provide collected information to third parties. However, certain features within the App use Gemini, an AI service provided by Google. When using such features, some information may be transmitted to Google.

  • For speech recognition features, user voice data may be transmitted to Apple and used to improve speech recognition technologies.

    • Article 5 (In-App Purchases and Subscriptions)

    In-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions are subject to the LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT provided by Apple.

    Article 6 (Disclaimer)

    The Developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from use of the App.

    Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)

    The Developer may revise This Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will become effective once displayed within the App.

    Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

    This Policy are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the Developer's jurisdiction.
