Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Developer regarding the use of the App.
The Developer may establish additional rules or specific conditions, which shall form part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe upon the rights, interests, or reputation of other users, third parties, or the Developer
- Acts that slander, defame, insult, or otherwise attack other users or third parties
- Acts of impersonating another person
- Acts of disclosing or sharing personal information without consent
- Acts of using the App for commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the App or access the system without authorization
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer
The Developer may, without prior notice, delete posts or comments that violate these Terms or suspend/delete the user's account.
Article 3 (User Posts and Content)
- The copyrights of text, images, comments, and other content posted by users (hereinafter referred to as “User Content”) shall belong to the user who created them.
- However, by posting, the user grants the Developer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, edit, translate, and distribute the User Content within the App and related services as necessary for operation.
- In the event of any dispute with third parties regarding User Content, the user shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage to the Developer.
Article 4 (Suspension or Deletion of Accounts)
The Developer may suspend the use of the App or delete a user’s account without prior notice if any of the following applies:
- The user violates these Terms
- Unauthorized access, spamming, or other fraudulent activity is detected
- The Developer deems continued service provision inappropriate for any reason
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- The Developer shall not be responsible for any disputes or damages arising between users or between a user and a third party.
- The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content posted in the App.
- The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
- The Developer may modify, suspend, or terminate the App at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting damages.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer or other rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without permission.
Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Developer shall appropriately handle users’ personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available within the App or on the official website.
Article 8 (Changes or Termination of Service)
The Developer may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such actions.
Article 9 (Revisions to These Terms)
The Developer may revise these Terms as necessary. Any revisions shall become effective when posted within the App or on the official website.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the Developer’s location.
